Building An Organic Farming Community
In addition to the company doing organic farming itself, the company also promotes farmers in nearby areas to switch from chemical farming to organic farming.
This also creates income and jobs for farmers in the area. The company provides knowledge, supports equipment, and also takes care of, follows up, and checks the cultivation process to ensure confidence in the produce, and purchases the produce from farmers to be raw materials for the company’s restaurant, as well as to sell in supermarkets.

Phee Pan Nua Community Project
The community of Phee Pan Nua, Omkoi District, Chiang Mai Province, is a community living in the highlands. The company sees the importance of helping to support and develop living conditions, careers, and education by helping to build school buildings, supporting educational equipment, feeding the community, building water tanks in Phee Pan Nua School to improve the living conditions of the community. There are continuous activities to support the Phee Pan Nua community.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Work Environment Management
The management of occupational safety, health, and the working environment has a direct impact on the health and quality of life of employees at all levels, as well as other stakeholders, while also contributing to the continuity and sustainability of the Company’s business operations. The Company is therefore committed to eliminating hazards and reducing occupational safety, health, and workplace environmental risks based on risk assessments and other relevant factors, as appropriate. To achieve this, the Company has established its Safety, Occupational Health, Working Environment, and Environmental Policy, which emphasizes strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the protection of workplace safety, the promotion of employee health and well-being, and the maintenance of a safe working environment. The Company is committed to minimizing, controlling, and preventing workplace accidents, with the ultimate goal of achieving “Zero Accidents.”
In 2025, the Company recorded zero work-related fatalities among employees. The Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) was 15.92 cases per 1,000,000 working hours, representing an 85.66% reduction compared with 2024. The most common types of workplace accidents were: 1.Cuts, lacerations, punctures, or stab injuries caused by objects or equipment; and 2.Injuries resulting from falling objects. The Company conducted thorough analyses of these incidents and implemented corrective measures to reduce and prevent their recurrence. In addition, the Company remains committed to further reducing workplace injuries by enhancing the evaluation of control measure effectiveness, developing both short-term and long-term improvement plans, and conducting branch-level discussions to review work standards, strengthen safety precautions, and improve workplace conditions comprehensively.
Throughout 2025, the Company continuously implemented occupational safety, health, and working environment initiatives to foster safety awareness, strengthen a culture of safe working practices, and promote employees’ physical and mental well-being. A total of 14 safety and health programs were organized, covering accident prevention, emergency preparedness, physical and mental health promotion, and the enhancement of safety knowledge and operational skills. These initiatives aim to continuously elevate workplace safety standards and improve employees’ quality of working life in a sustainable manner.

The Company has conducted analyses and implemented corrective actions to reduce and prevent such incidents. It remains committed to lowering workplace injury rates in line with organizational targets by enhancing the effectiveness of control measures, developing both short-term and long-term improvement plans, and conducting site-level engagement to review operational standards. Additional safety precautions and workplace environment improvements have also been implemented comprehensively across operations.
In 2024, the Company organized 15 initiatives to promote occupational health, safety, and work environment awareness within the organization. These activities aim to foster a strong safety culture and raise awareness among employees.
