Background & Rationale:
This project was established to promote sustainable agriculture and support the growth of safe agricultural products. Currently, consumers are increasingly demanding safe and chemical-free vegetables. However, many farmers still use excessive or improper chemical substances in production, negatively affecting both farmers’ and consumers’ health. In addition, the supply of safe vegetables is insufficient to meet growing market demand because many farmers lack motivation, knowledge, and skills in producing safe agricultural products. There is also limited connection between producers, traders, and consumers, resulting in a restricted safe-food market in Thailand. Therefore, Ohkajhu aims to act as a bridge between organic farmers and consumers in order to encourage the consumption of high-quality and safe agricultural products, leading to the establishment of this project.
Objectives:

- To utilize donation income in supporting social and community sustainability
