Background & Rationale:
This project was established to promote sustainable agriculture and support the growth of safe agricultural products. Consumers are increasingly seeking safe and chemical-free vegetables, while many farmers still rely on excessive or improper chemical use in agricultural production, affecting the health of both producers and consumers. In addition, the supply of safe vegetables remains insufficient to meet growing demand because many farmers lack motivation, knowledge, and skills in producing safe agricultural products. There is also limited linkage between producers, traders, and consumers, resulting in a restricted safe-food market in Thailand. Therefore, Ohkajhu acts as a bridge between organic farmers and consumers to encourage the consumption of high-quality and safe agricultural products.

- To utilize donation income in supporting social and community sustainability
