The project is overseen by the management, with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, in collaboration with the Farm and Agriculture Departments, serving as the primary responsible units for implementation.

The project is implemented on an ongoing annual basis.

1. Enhance organic agriculture standards within the farmer network
2. Develop a transparent and verifiable certification system
3. Control raw material quality from upstream sources
4. Build consumer confidence
5. Strengthen and develop farmer networks

1. Ensure at least 80% of agricultural plots are certified
2. Engage at least 40 participating farmers
3. Source at least 70% of raw materials from certified plots
4. Reduce quality-related complaints by at least 30%

Chiang Mai Province and affiliated farmer network areas

1. Carefully select participating farmers for the program
2. Provide comprehensive training on organic agriculture standards
3. Conduct farm assessments under the PGS certification framework
4. Award certifications to farmers who meet established criteria
5. Source certified produce in line with quality standards
6. Ensure continuous monitoring and program enhancement for sustained impact
